PIE YOGHURT CAKE

 This can feel free to call a quick cakebecause it is very easy to prepare, and if we do not count cooking time and coolingfor this cake is onlynecessary to set aside fifteen minutes. Phil combined cream and yogurt is reminiscent of cheese, so that the cake is ideal for all cheese loversSimple,delicious, effective .... worth a try.
dough:

• 25 grams of flour
• 17 grams of margarine
• 10 grams of sugar
• 1 baking powder
• 2 vanilla
• 4 egg yolks
• 1 tablespoon cream
Knead the dough crispDivided into two partsThe first part put in a baking pan,and the second part to put in the freezer.

Phil:

• 4 egg whites
• 15 grams of sugar
• 3 from 2 dl yoghurt
• 2 of sour cream 2 dl (may be 12% fat)
 5 tablespoons flour
• 2 vanilla sugar
Egg white well ulupajte mixerIn another bowl, combine remaining ingredients andcarefullywith a wooden spoon in the mixture, add egg whitePut the cream in thedough and grate on top of the second part of dough that is at least half an hour,Stale in the refrigeratorBake 40 minutes at 160 ˚ C (depending on oven andusing a fan can be extended by baking for another ten minutes - "throw" around and make sure the pie is over). Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy.
